Avant de préparer le biberon, nettoyez le plan de travail et lavez-vous les mains.
Utilisez un biberon propres, rincés et stérilisés.

Versez délicatement l'eau et faites tièdir (max 40°C)
Dans le volume d'eau, ajoutez le nombre exact de mesurettes de poudre.
Arasez les mesurettes sur le rebord.
Déposez la mesure sur le support de la boîte et fermez.
Refermez le biberon avec la bague ou la tétine stérilisés.
Entre vos mains, faites rouler le biberon 2-3 fois.
Agitez ensuite de haut en bas pour dissoudre.
Contrôlez la température sur la face interne de votre avant bras.
